The new building on Ravensberger Strasse maintains the block-edge construction, contributing to urban harmony opposite the adjacent building through its anchor courtyards. Rising to five full floors with an additional recessed staggered floor, the building aligns with the surrounding area's height. Distinctive sloping loggias facing south delineate the structure, offering captivating visual perspectives along the street axis depending on the vantage point. On the northern side, this sloping design continues, ensuring dual-sided orientation for all residential units facing the courtyard. A continuous base elevates the residential space from street level, enhancing privacy for ground floor units. Each apartment features private outdoor areas: loggias on the elevated ground floor facing the street, and private garden terraces on the courtyard side. Loggias and balconies are provided from the 1st floor upwards, while units on the staggered floor have designated roof terraces. The building's cubature and facade materials blend seamlessly with the surrounding area and the city of Bielefeld. The bright brick facade pays homage to the natural stone buildings characteristic of the region. Horizontal beige facade bands with a concrete appearance, dividing the facade floor by floor, accentuate the strap facade. These bands extend forward around the balconies, adding depth to the design. The courtyard-facing facade is envisioned with a light plaster finish, with continuous horizontal bands in a beige concrete aesthetic delineating each floor.
