Architecturally, the ensemble is distinguished by a clear articulation of its façades. Through minimal interventions—such as precise building recesses, varying window rhythms and building heights, as well as integrated loggias—the different uses are subtly expressed. The programmatic components of residential, office, and retail spaces are consistently integrated into a unified façade composition.
Particular significance is attached to the natural stone façade, crafted from Dietfurt limestone, which lends the buildings a high-quality and enduring material character. The precise detailing of the joints and the clearly defined vertical piers create a pronounced sense of depth, resulting in a richly differentiated façade structure. With its refined façade design, the project makes an outstanding and sustainable contribution to the new urban quarter.
