B!WRD 2025

The BFW Federal Association of Independent Real Estate and Housing Companies has announced the winners of the B!WRD 2025, with the project KALLE Neukölln winning in the “Quarter” category.
The jury evaluates concept, architecture, construction process, innovation, sustainability, and urban integration.
KALLE Neukölln stood out for transforming a former department store and parking garage into a vibrant, multifunctional place. The design enhances quality of stay, mixed use, and urban integration, demonstrating strong ecological and social responsibility — key criteria for the jury.
